What "theories"? What "prosecutor"? The judge was quite clear about the scope of discovery in THIS case.
What has that to do with any other investigations on-going regarding terrorism? Cleveland said Royer in September 2001 told him that Elgindy was "being investigated for terrorism". Cleveland said he was concerned that the FBI investigation into Elgindy could jeopardize plans for the agent to go work for the San Diego short seller later that year after he left the bureau."

Did you submit your conspiracy theories to the prosecutor? If so, considering the court imposed ban on any insinuation of a terrorist connection, why do you think they ignored you? If not, are you claiming the Bush government doesn't want to prosecute people who (according to you) are obviously associated with terrorism?

If you think the list of FACTS I posted regarding Tony and his ties to terrorism have been "ignored" by the AUSA, I'd say you're in denial.
