Gina, When all the accounting is done, it will be seen that the only thing that will be mentioned about Clinton will be the economy, and Monica. Regardless of what some may think, the economy boom was not of his making. It was the explosion of tech companies that made the market soar like an eagle. Then, just before Bush took over, all of those companies that were short of a sound capital foundation, began to fail, and brought the market down with them.
