I'm a huge football fan but I see the need for teams to start putting quality people for the purposes of team chemistry above pure ability. Guys like Owens and Moss are superior athletes but come with some baggage that isn't always a plus for their teams. I get to watch a guy like Favre who I consider a throwback kind of football player and it makes me question why front offices of other teams wouldn't be looking for the same qualities when they draft. Now Favre has had a couple issues while in GB but for the most part he's been a model citizen for the Packers and the NFL. When he retires he will be sorely missed by GB fans and football fans in general because there just aren't many players like him in todays NFL.
