I'magine all the lives touched by this. It's a tragedy, but it's also a crime. I wouldn't give the shooter more than a couple months if he's put in the general population at the Wisconsin State Pen.

I'm surprised that justice wasn't handed out in the woods. The guy was a Twin Cities Hmong that felt put upon after being asked to leave private hunting land. His 5'4 stature was then suddenly emboldened when he realized he had a gun in his hands as he turned and shot 8 people killing 5 of them. These were some highly respected people in the Rice Lake / Hayward area. Now we get to pay 40k per year to incarcerate this @$$HOLE because we don't have a death penalty in the state.
