Well....they somehow get here and the state settles them in various locations. There haven't been any real problems in Madison but there are gang related issues with them in other parts of the state. The few that I've dealt with I've found to be combative type people and I'm not really sure why. I've almost gotten the sense that they think everyone is out to rip them off. I'm not saying thats consistent with all of them but rather just the few I've dealt with. I think the Twin Cities has a fairly large Hmong population in comparison to other areas of the midwest.
