This nutball isn't the norm in their culture but you can bet its going to be discussed in conjunction with mounting issues regarding Hmong gangs in Wausau and other areas of the state. I'm also sure there will be questions about "how" he was asked or told to leave. I'm guessing that the tone of the discussion may have been a little more pointed than if I had been on their land. But regardless of how the situation was handled there is NO VALID REASON to flash your weapon and, least of all, use it to kill 5 people.
