Dr.Moskowicz is bucking the AMA "..good ol' boyz.." club trend, so it's probably going to be a hard road until they get a lot of successes and maybe do an Infomercial to promote their technology via the public to the medical community.

It will eventually happen, so "..collectin' (on dips) & holdin'.." is a good plan IMHO.
