Do you mean the size of the spiral? Or do you mean the actual dimensions of the spiral? If you're referring to the actual drawing of the spiral, just begin to draw a spiral, but simply draw your spiral with a ratio whereby for every 1/4 turn of the spiral the spiral wall is 1.618 the distance of that from the next inner wall... you only need a center and one spiral wall for the spiral to work...
