Primitive doesn’t mean ineffective

By the end of the Iran-Iraq war, Saddam's al Husseini Scuds had a range of 600 hundred kilometres, and could be loaded with chemical shells. However much you can claim that this is a "primitive" capacity, most people wouldn't agree with you.
