Have to agree with the fish, here. If you eat any kind of flesh, whether a Thanksgiving turkey, a hamburger or a grilled trout, an innocent animal that "was never a threat" to you had to die so you could eat. How are you morally superior to the hunter just because you didn't kill the animal yourself?

Sport killing engages only a rather small subset of hunters. Blanket statements, such as "Hunting tells you a lot about a person," or "It is entirely predictable that hunters, and the kids they teach to hunt, will be predisposed to violence," certainly constitute an opinion. Just ... not one with any knowledge or experience of the matter being discussed.
