There is no question that he outed many POS companies. It may be material in sentencing, but not in determining guilt. What you also fail to realize is 1. that, as others have pointed out, the Robin Hood defense does not work in American jurisprudence. 2. I was defending the posting of varying views, including yours. You do seem threatened by discussion. Perhaps you need to lock your bathroom door and discuss things with yourself. You may win the debate. 3. As for members being quiet, that is speculation.
