I think a couple of comments about Denver/Colorado RE have been off the mark. Denver's market has been in correction mode for the last four years or so. After the boom years of the late 90s, Denver has been appreciating at a modest 0-3%. I doubt you'll see a bubble burst; speculation went out of favor a while ago and job growth has returned after a few years of contraction. In fact, I would hazard a guess that Denver RE is on the cusp of another leg up. JMO
