Michael, I've been reading you posts here and find myself very much in agreement. Does that make me a conservative? :) *** Re: Citizens need to take their jobs seriously, not just sit back and pretend its someone else's problem. I was quite proud of the effort I made this election cycle. I produced a documentary film series and made a real impact in this area to educate the public about the "political facts of life" that they wouldn't learn about on TV, on the radio locally, or from the dominant newspaper in the region. I wasn't a strong Kerry partisan. My thrust was far more to point out that the entire federal political system, and the media system is broken and needs citizens to "just say no" to the corruption, propaganda and malicious foreign policy of the corporate elites.
