Lawrence, Re: I always thought you took the "high road" on your homework. On the homework front, I'm impressed by the long knives that came out and impaled CBS's Dan Rather, whose minor screw-up with a forged document has allowed the bully-boys to win, again. As was pointed out in the immediate aftermath of the document flap, the Rovian spin machine was able to deflect the public to wag a finger at Dan Rather and completely forget about the other 99% of the evidence that pointed to George Bush as practically if not technically a deserter. This was one minor instance where the corporate media got enough of a spine to discuss Bush's drunken playboy past, and the Right Wing masters of the media make sure to destroy the truth-teller. Notice the pattern? The truth-tellers in the Bush Administration are the ones being sacked. Only the loyal liar gets ahead in the insane world of Bush political/corporate corruption.
