I meant it - its a good idea. Stop the over colonialism and trade-by-force in the region.

If the US stopped using military might in the region, I think you'd see terrorism exports drop.

Of course, take out that oil and you are going to have to start walking to work, although that job might not exist anymore, but its a small price to pay.

Your arguments are lacking, IMO, because you simply have no appreciation the freedom we offer.

Perhaps we should try leaving sovereign nations alone if we want to offer them "freedom", except of course in rare situations like the Taliban in Afghanistan.
