Regarding the birth control thing ... people do not hunt deer because the deer need killing. They hunt deer because it is a fun and rewarding thing to do. Putting deer on birth control, on the other hand, is neither fun nor rewarding.

So the birth control thing really has nothing to do with the hunting argument.

Since you are talking about a debate over legal rights, I'd say precedent certainly IS relevant.

As for "if the government comes with tanks to say you have no property rights, effectively you have no property rights. So, again, you have the rights given to you, the rights you can exercise-", have you read the Declaration of Independence?
