The red states won't teach them anything...........they use alot of excuses to validate their selfishness. Christ was generous and so we all should not be so selfish. YOu buy intot that GOP Christian slang" teach them to fish".............Admit it..........you hate to help anyone else. It's alot more cost effective to help someone early in life to maintain a decent world arond them then it is for them to enter the justice system later in life..............either way you pay but it's cheaper to do it from a positive slant in the beginning of the life. But let's face it............crime creates alot of jobs. cops, courts, jails, lawyers, judges.
