Just trying to see if he knew what our land use laws are, and what private property was. He must have snapped for some reason, although from the looks of things, there had been at least two domestic violence calls made from his wife ....both seem to have been settled, and nothing was done .... One article (Green Bay newspaper) I saw said that he said to the police he had been shot at first. In another article it appears that the group of 14 people only had one gun between them. So the murderer on purpose pursued his victims. Sad and sick. Have fun at the beach!
