That's no philosophy at all, then. It gives you no basis (except, of course, might) to objectively judge whether a law or policy or private action infringes anyone's rights, or whether there exists an injustice that should be corrected. It is just another way of saying "hey, screw you - we'll do what we want and you can just live with it - unless you think you can take us on." It is, as I said, morally bankrupt.
