Let me try again. Are you saying "forget rights, this is how it is and if we want to change it, we will"? It take it back - that may qualify as a philosophy. A very shallow, shortsighted one, but one nonetheless. Probably meshes closely with some existing school of philosophy, but I'd have to think about it for a while to figure out which one. Something rather materialistic, self-centered, and morally relativistic, I think, but I can't put my finger on it.
