Do 2nd cousins count? In some states yes, and some states no. And the states that don't allow it, also don't have to recognize those marriages. I doubt if any have been challenged in recent years, but...

Polygamist marry??? Of course they do. That's why they are called "polygamist". They are already married when they go outside the law and marry again.

Adult incesters??? Have you been to North and South Carolina?
