I would have to find out a lot more about this book before giving it the least bit of credence. But even if I accepted it, the private thoughts of Moishe Dayan do not constitute official Israeli policy, even with an ironic sentence from David ben Gurion thrown in. Other of the incidents mentioned are controversial, and taking them as presented merely means taking the Arab version, not necessarily the objective version.
