John Kaiser, making his recommendations for 1999 in the Dec. 11, 1998 Bottom-Fishing Report, says Sennen Resources is a top-priority buy at 30 cents. Mr. Kaiser recommended the former Osito Ventures in November 1997 at 64 cents, in December 1996 at 85 cents, and in April 1998 at 60 cents. The bottom-fishing luminary was particularly upbeat in April, when he told his subscribers to hang on for a possible $5 home run. During 1998 Sennen acquired a package of Australian coal deposits for speculative purposes. Sennen's Ian Rozier believes the deposits may soar in value; alternatively, they can be sold back to the vendors for $5-million. Mr. Kaiser adds that

I bought 1/2 a position in Cline, was a little slow to buy the other half, but in the meantime, the 1/2 position has grown to almost a full position anyway. That and Teck are my only two coal plays. Cline has been on a tear, too...
