This is unacceptable. It is the very same thing I criticized Kerry for trying to do with his bogus plan. This should not be accepted by anyone. Are you over your shock that the former very liberal state of Washington has rejected liberal leadership?

Good Gawd, you mean to say Democrats feel we should include in A BUDGET POSSABILITIES by not LAW. Man, thats not the way I think a budget should be prepared. It should be prepared under EXISTING conditions, IF a law is proposed THEN along with the proposal MUST COME and estimate of THE COST. Right now NO ONE knows if in fact SS will be privatized and if it were how it would be done, when it would be done etc etc. Its PREPOSTOROUS to BUDGET that item. Budgets are IMPORTANT not POLITICAL BS. jdn
