Any British barristers here? I wonder if someone could walk us through how something like this is handled in the british courts. How many years til final resolution?

My instinct (and it's no more than that) is that at very least CATG will improve on 2%.

Agreed on that, and they have at least a decent chance of going all they way to 5 / 6%.

Won't be able to read the whole thing until the weekend, but fascinating stuff (if only for the history of MAb IP).
Reminded me of why I started a law degree many years ago - and also why I dropped out after a year. <g>

Would love to get to see the Abbott response.
