hi Bob, i need your help. i started a new thread and misspelled the word 'resource' and wrote 'rosource' in the title instead. would you please correct this for me? also please end the title after the word 'Like' as it ran out of space. there's no way to tell when you run out of room in the title. siliconinvestor.com anyway, thanks for everything. -gru

Bob, While I think it's important to drive ad revenues from the homepage, I agree with the user who thinks advanced search needs to be on every page. There are many other things you can add to that page to make it a more appealing destination. My suggestion: CONTESTS. Every week the homepage should feature a different contest where the SI community competes for prizes. [Stock traders tend to be a highly competitive species and like to get rewarded for their ideas while limiting their risk.] My suggestion for the first contest: What content to add to the homepage to best drive ad revenues? 10 "best" ideas get prizes: 1 year upgrade to Premium Membership.
