But Apparently one of the hunters took a shot at the trespasser first, and since they were deer hunters, I assume with a rifle.... How do we know that was a warning shot or attempted murder? I doubt if the man on the receiving end could tell. What would a reasonable man do, turn and try to outrun 8 hunters and two vehicles and get shot in the back from 40 yards or run over by people who have already taken one shot at you? I am not trying to defend anyone, just saying there could be more than one guilty party in the incident. Sig
