Russia(SU) only recently got introduced to Coca-Cola, it was Pepsi ever since Nixon got that Pepsi campaign financing (and delivered that market, although he did not deliver Castro)

Cuba is another (interesting) thing, sugar production and still lingering property problems (although all other nations have worked them out, except for the US claims, even smaller ones are probably still registered in Miami, Helms-Burton,Mascanoza, etc)

Even more intersting, that ex-cuban who saved coca-cola..
(skipping that old guy who stepped down and away, due to some segregation issues)

I believe there are a couple of books who try to enlight some of this, although much is still classified stuff in USA

Hmm.. seems that Nixon-Pepsi-Sovjet-Union thing is not well documented on the internet.

However, Nixon got a deal to have Pepsi sold in Soviet Union, but most adult russians still ask for a Pepsi when getting a Coca-Cola.

...
..

Sorry, should write Soviet and not Sovjet
