According to Greta on Fox News the court papers indicate he hunted down unarmed people in the hunting part and shot them. He also heard the calls for help and went up to the person and killed him. Again....this is according to Fox News who had access to the court papers.

I once got myself into a oddly parallel situation while duck hunting back in the Midwest. Strayed off the public hunting grounds onto private land and then got chased out by some irate farm boys who fired a parting potshot in my direction after verbally cussing me out. I just took it as a little redneck humor, and boogied out of Dodge. No need to start WWIII.

UW, you have convinced me that I don't know all the facts. Dave, Likewise you have convinced me that I don't know all the facts. I am not willing to hang Marines for killing combatants in Fallujah close combat without a proper legal process, and I am not willing to give up my right to defend myself by convicting a refugee who may have been properly defending himself in America, without a proper legal process. this incident is going to get lots of attention for a short while because of the numbers of dead. The fact that they are dead does not necessarily mean they are victims. There will be no high-powered defense attorneys, so I expect this to be resolved fairly quickly. Greta will not be able to eat off of this table for a coupla years. 10,000 Americans die everyday. 50 of them are murdered. This is a big cat that needs skinning and cleaning but bigger cats will need to be skinned too. I believe our discussion here is valuable. Your thoughts are helping me think through it. I hope you will continue to express your opinion. My intent is not to silence anyone. It is to open this situation to a very large, very broad view...where all relevant issues can be looked at objectively. uw
