Things are changing quickly now, like the USD's drop. Remember the other side of the coin is that a whole slew of other nations just became way less competitive.

Aside from the commodities and the oil patch (there is a tendency to think it is the entire Canadian economy, but it is about 10% of GDP) the Canadian economy, for example, will be getting less for their commodities in CAD. Ditto any any other commodities priced in USD.

The Euro zone is concerned about their level of competitiveness above 130.
