Ok, i'll chime in on this piece of 'fact'.

I remember researching GENI and Kashoggi. His name is or was listed in filings as the signatory for Ultimate Holdings on Edgar. Doesn't take more than 20 minutes to track that down.

This is in re:3. Note in SEC records related to GenesisIntermedia, it took some time before the SEC was able to identify Ultimate Holdings Ltd. of Bermuda as Adnan Khashoggi's investment vehicle. Note the roots of GenesisIntermedia, namely, Genesis, located in Florida records, Tampa, formed in 1996. Tampa, FL.

Kashoggi is not shy about his name appearing in public documents. He's all over the place. I remember finding him in researching WHME - World Homes - an outright scam, and his brother is all over ERTH. I think it's his brother anyway.

You know, if we could all stick to facts, and seperate those from opinion or speculation, perhaps a conversation would be useful or at least interesting. Otherwise it's all gobbledygook.

From GENI SC13d of January 2001

a) Name: Adnan Kashoggi
b) Address of Principal Office: c/o Alnaser Trading Industries, P.O. Box 6, Rayd, Saudia Arabia

louie,

i must say, i enjoy your posts. they're like reading a good spy novel.

problem is, their accuracy... you seem to claim anything you find written on the internet or by some slob reporter is a fact.

real research requires assets on the ground... gathering hard evidence. wearing berkas, refusing to use deoderant... demonstrating jockey fornicating skills on camels...

the guys err... persons, who challenge you here do eggcellent hard research... i mean, do you know anyone who would move to europe, pretend to like art history for 7 years just to expose illegal trade in Neoexpressionist Rococo man purses?

come on puggsie. you can't just change your screename and think you'll get away with morphing into james bond.

Contrary to what you say, Jeff is rarely wrong. But he WAS wrong about this:

Not that you need a smoking gun, but here it is. Technopulp is XXXXX XXXXX, XXXX XXXXX's partner in lunacy. Note that the original post has stuff underlined and in bold.

"technopulp" was definitely and provably Dobry.
