I'm sure the police will be asking the survivors about that in time. They are probably to traumatized to be questioned right now. While there can be no justification for shooting eight people, I think there is more here than meets the eye. If the asian guy was flipped out and looking to shoot people, why would he have gotten down from the stand? He was in a better position up there than on the ground. Something set him off between the time of the initial contact and the time he started shooting.
