No, I haven't! I'll make it in the morning. My excuse for procrastinating is that it will be best if I take it out of the oven right before we leave. I did run into town for a forgotten pint of heavy cream to whip-- and got the last pint at the store. I have the wine and the cider and all the ingredients for the pie. It won't take long. But I did get a big box of Christmas things, and some reading matter, packed to ship ahead to Seattle (we will follow the box on Dec 16) so the day's not a total loss. Still, am hating myself for the time I wasted here. There are dishes in the sink! omg. Fortunately dinner is going to be all leftovers tonight.
