As I recall, the Airline Pilots Asso. thought that pilots should be able to pick their noses in private.

Some people have proposed a fully documented life, with zero privacy. I think that goes rather to far, given some humans stalker tendencies. If you could known where an individual was in real-time, it might boost some criminal actions rather than decrease all crime. The same is true for military situations, it should not be real-time, just documented in a tamper proof manner.
