I really appreciate the time you put into that detailed response. It sounds like the year by year search limitation may be an effective solution for a while to the SQL Server problem that you referenced and I very much hope that the new version remedies this defect.

Write Google's software from scratch...
I thought they supplied the source code?

Thanks also for clarifying the business model. It sounds like you wear many hats.

even if Advanced Search were a very inexpensive process to run, I would still limit its access because our business model is to give everyone free access, but the cooler features require subscribing.

I was kind of hoping that the ads that I am not subjected to were going to pay the freight for my "advanced" searches, but I guess I was wrong. I now see why search is such a profitable niche for INSP. Can't argue with a stock that has gone from 4 to 50 in two years. Just don't give Google any ideas about subscription fees, please.
