Actually I did read through everything on APXR I could get my hands on. They spent far too much on expenses and buy real estate. They haven't produced anything. They generate a lot of meaningless press releases. They don't generate any cash except for selling their stock and issuing more, which, as anyone who is familiar with markets anywhere, have to be "sold" to a hopefully willing set of bag holders. Anyone who is familiar with the workings of the Howe Street Boyz (I have more than a passing familiarity - I worked for a number of regulated companies, two exchanges and two regulators in Canada including the BC Securities Commission for a period of time) sees the familiar patterns at work here.

APXR and related entities is a failed company until proven otherwise. There is nothing more to say.

"trading like a freight train" indeed, about to run someone over no doubt.
