Specter owes Rick big time... imo. He really went out of his way to play the party ticket with Bush to support Specter. I hope he doesn't let them down and works for Rick S. next election. If he does i doubt losing far right vote will hurt as he would pick up moderate democrat (specter supporters) votes. Hoeffel i believe plans to run again. He was not know state wide prior to this election. Listening to specter a few times Hoeffel hasn't done anything as a representative to bring forward any bills in congress.

Casey just got his job in this election. there could be others will run for seat.. I think Rick will have a hard campaign with right conservatives. I expect Rendall will put forth best effort in 2006 senate race to knock out R. Sant. it will be an interesting race and may all come down to Arlen Specter's behavior in committee and support.
