The only one releasing news about Apex is Apex, near as I can tell. They've been harping on about a stake in the Beaufort Sea since 1998, when they were known as Ambra.

Are you the one who writes the press releases?

The reality stands: they produce ZERO income from oil and gas operations.

And when I talked about 20 cent overhead, I was referring to the shares sold at .20 to pay for operating expenses - since the company has no revenue to speak of - which means that there are motivated sellers up there somewhere.

Could it go higher on hype? Sure.

But until proven otherwise, Apex / Ambra is a money losing company that has some how managed not to turn a dime in oil and gas revenue or related profits since...well, forever - and all this through the biggest energy boom in recent history!

Not a mean feat to be that lame!

Well then you should ask the big oil Co's that are partners with with "APXR" why they included APXR in their NOV 17 2004 Artic press release.

Again, exactly who's PR? Apex's? The one with a long list of companies that may happen to have leases in the area?

Clearly the only thing Apex is currently able to produce is... Press Releases.

(Can I use them to fuel a car?

------------
Lets see if the mighty Apex or Ambra shows up on any...

Encana: Zero matches on their investor relations area for Ambra or Apex. I guess I could call their IR people and ask.
(disclaimer, I did consulting work for Encana too)

ExonMobile: Zero.

Talisman: Zero.
(consulted with them for years. I know their IR person)

Imperial Oil: Zero.
(my wife has a scholarship from them, father in law worked for them for years)

Anadarko: Zero.

That's enough for me.
