Its not like they have a complex business to run or anything - total lack of revenue makes accounting pretty easy. Two quarters in a row they've filed late. They've replaced auditors. Filed late in the past. Blown over 7 million and never earned a dime from oil and gas in 7 years. High expenses with nothing to show for it. Seems like someone is living on other people's money. sec.gov Since its not an exploration company per se, per their own admission, I wonder why they had $38,100 in exploration and development costs last quarter? Perhaps these are questions that their former auditors, now dismissed, would like answered too, who knows. Anyway, enough on them...
