The Canadian dollar soars, exporters to the USA get burned but they find other markets. I don't care that much because exporters have had their way for decades now and its time for the average Joe to get a break on (what's left of) imports from the states. Hey you think imports from China were cheap? They are getting cheaper by the day. I hope the peg with the USD holds but if they appreciate the value of the Yuan it will really be game over for US consumers.
