........Rain Men "Come and serve us," taunted a man responding by telephone to an email message from TheStreet.com to the Pluvia email address.

Not sure your point here....

1. pluvia was never served, but continued to taunt the ceo with "Good Morning Shan Padda, How's My Fist?";

2. the crims (Mr. Padda et al), who claimed they were going to serve pluvia instead, got nailed by the SEC for the fraud pluvia exposed;

3. 60 days after pluvia said the company was committing fraud, the Board of Directors fired the ceo (Mr. Padda), the company defaulted on all their debt, had their stock halted, and delisted, went bankrupt, their auditor quit and pulled their opinion on their past audits, the stock dropped from $26 to ZERO.


pluvia's fist on the other hand, while temporarily soiled
remains able to extend you and Mr Padda the middle finger.
