H5N1 is a virus. Antibiotics don't work on viruses and H5N1 is already resistant to antivirals such as Ramantadine and Amantadine. Only Tamiflu is left (currently being stockpiled by the US HHS and Homeland Security's Bioshield), but its ability to stop H5N1 is VERY iffy
