Aus, if I understand correctly, SNDK may no longer be the lowest cost producer, at least in theory. Other manufacturers are implementing larger wafer size and smaller nm technology than Toshiba/SanDisk's current schedule. However, it also seems to be true that MLC licensing/royalty fees may keep SNDK competitive until SNDK brings its new fabrication facilities into full production.

If flash memory starts to replace both hard drives and DRAM, will there be any capacity glut? I doubt it.
