Both involve the government but one is a restriction on your freedom and the other really is not. OK, but that's not relevant. We were talking about freedom and whether it exists independent of government. Whatever government does outside that sphere is extraneous. Government does lots of things independent of freedom. While your recognition of the similarities is an interesting incite I'm not sure I would use the same name. OK. As long as we're communicating on the concept. I don't care about the word. I think we've gotten pretty far afield here, although, since you started this line of discussion you're a better judge of what's afield than I am.
