hmmmmm... can't get in? Who were you talking to? I would think concerning their need for cash they should have taken you out for dinner and got you drunk. The do suffer at times from a com problem, but I cannot see them refusing money.. it's so, so, Un Zenda like.

Now if you want part of our venture, 1st second or third round, just put your name on our mailing list and the only thing we will promise is that we will not call you at 2 AM more than once.

I can't say I blame them for wanting a higher price and not getting the snot dumped out of them before they get it there. No sense paying a million to get it to 20 cents, when they can get it to 40 cents and make a million and keep dilution to a mini-mum. Good for them, good for yu.
