But you have to have an energy source to mine helium from the moon. All that's needed is a network of tubes connected to the lowermost intestinal orifice of all the cattle in the country to collect methane and then to transfer it to a 240,000-mile-long plastic pipe to the moon, along with another tube to send air to the moon to burn the methane thus collected. All this will be very expensive and cumbersome to start with, but in time it will be perfected.
