"BUT I am able to have respect for the mainstream religious beliefs of others." Beliefs that: 1) Circumcision is OK? 2) Killing doctors who practice abortion is OK? 3) Polygamy is/is not OK? 4) "Honor" killing of daughters/wives who have sex outside of marriage is OK? 5) Homosexuality is not OK? 6) Same sex marriages are not OK? All of these are main stream beliefs in one or another religious sect. America was created with a separation of Religion and State. That is being eroded.
