Which is why same sex marriages are not something that can be regulated against as by doing so one then establishes a law based on religious beliefs. According to the same religion non-whites are in some sense inferior and this was the accepted belief behind segregation laws. These laws were struck down. "IMO, what you are saying is that you want to force your beliefs upon the President & the rest of America, which would deny Bush & everyone else their constitutional rights;..." No, you have it backwards, Bush and the rest of America want to force their beliefs on minorities by prohibiting same sex marriages and abortions.
