Hello People,
Here we have an argument between two people who know China and yet they have seen different things as is evident from their strikingly different opinions about the country. As an outsider I have questions.
1. In Taiwan province can one criticize the party which is in power and advocate rule by the Communist party without fear of getting into trouble?
2. In the rest of China can one criticize the Communist party rule without fear of getting into trouble?
The answers are useful from the points of view of travel and investment.
