""My oh my the price we'll pay this thyme.""

But not as much as Persia..:(.. They better dust off them carpets and fly away..

Sorry for the break, but had to head to town for wine and bird seed. The former for the birds and the latter for us, to cook up gruel.<g>. No.. But the birds damn near break us every year.. We spend more on bird seed than on wine. Damn lazy welfare birds. Just kidding. The birds do need a lot of seed in the winter to keep warm.. They burn up so many calories..

Actually, I don't resent, regret one penny I have ever spent on welfare. Except corporate welfare but that's another story. I'm happy, I don't want to get p'd. and go down that road now. I am home, have a good fire going in the stove. And plenty of beans, dog food, wine and bird seed. <g> It is going to be a long winter's night. But it's so beautiful.

But talking about slick roads we just seen..Geeezus these people in those new SUVS, What a menace? Just because they can go doesn't mean they can stop.. Slush and black ice and a number of folks sitting wide-eyed along the side of the road after spinning out is what we saw... Most of the time, no harm no foul, except to their pants. <g>

And that's the way it goes from the beautiful eastern slope..
